Algo Traders

**Position** : Algo Trader
**Location** : Gurgaon, Haryana, near Huda Metro Station.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting research on historical market data.
- Coding trading strategies (algorithms).
- Working alongside the technical team to improve existing strategies.
- Monitoring live trading strategies and maintaining optimal performance.
- Researching mathematical models with relevance to financial markets.

**Qualifications**:

- An advanced degree in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or a related field (high GPAs preferred).
- A familiarity with programming languages such as C++ and Java.
- Good knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, Predictive Modeling, Regression, Time Series and Probability and Statistics a plus.
- Good problem solving, critical thinking, and analytic abilities.
- An ability to understand and communicate concepts clearly and concisely.
- Adaptability - an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
