**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, identify needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and handle inquiries.
- Generate new leads via calls, referrals, and in-store engagement.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Provide after-sales support if needed.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-first attitude with good product knowledge.
- Time management and basic computer/WhatsApp usage.
- Experience in furniture or electronics sales is preferred.

Qualification:

- 12th pass or graduate (preferred).
- At least 6 months of sales experience (preferred).

Salary & Timing:

- ₹15,000 - ₹22,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives offered on target completion
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 8 PM
- 1 weekly off (rotational)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Electronics sales: 1 year (preferred)
