**RDQ Group is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Compliance Officer**

**Job Role**:

- **would have to regularly liaise, communicate, making correspondence with SEBI and other regulatory bodies in matters relating to record keeping and adhering to SEBI regulations**
- **Should have good to excellent drafting skills**
- **Accounting, taxation and audit experience will be highly preferred**

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 8-10 years of experience in matters related to capital market and SEBI regulations**
- **CA/CS/M. Com/MBA/LLB/LLM/Others**

**Age Limit
- Up to 45years.**
