**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team and help us create engaging and impactful video content. You will be responsible for taking raw footage and transforming it into polished and professional videos for various platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Review raw footage and identify the best shots for the final video.
- Edit video clips together using non-linear editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Add transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance the storytelling.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements as needed.
- Work collaboratively with directors, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure the videos meet the desired vision and specifications.
- Export videos in the appropriate format for the target platform (e.g., YouTube, social media, website).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and software.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of video editing principles and techniques (e.g., storytelling, pacing, shot selection).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (a plus).
