Job Summary

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across various channels including Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to optimize ad performance.
- **Ad Copywriting**: Write compelling and creative ad copies that effectively communicate our value propositions and drive conversions.
- **Bid Management**: Monitor and adjust bids to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- **A/B Testing**: Implement and manage A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure efficient spend and ROI.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: Google Ads certification is required.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g.,Google Ads Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with PPC.
- Familiarity with advanced tracking and analytics tools.
- Experience in e-commerce or Real Estate related industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
