Join us today Now we’re looking for **Sales Operations Support Intern** to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam (HCM and Hanoi Office). You’ll be a part of our Sales Operation team. **JOB DESCRIPTION**: - Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and negotiating contract terms with customers. - Monitor contract progress and performance. - Prepare all necessary documentation and monitor correspondence throughout the contract implementation. - Assist in document management and storage. - Support Sales Operations Team with other administrative tasks assigned by Manager. **REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**: - Final year students and freshers are welcome. No experience needed. - Highly proficient in both spoken and written English. - Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. - High sense of responsibility, professionalism, agility, and enthusiasm. - Demonstrate strong initiative and adaptability. **WHAT WE OFFER**: - Working time: Mond-Fri, 9am-6pm; flexible working time. - Allowance **4,000,000 VND/ month**: - On-the-job training and participation in practical projects - Opportunities to work with global colleagues from different cultures - Performance review and upgrade Full-time employee - Other activities: exciting engagement events, Training opportunities, etc.
