Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Noida Sec-138

Experience Required: Minimum 1 years

**Salary**: Up to 25k

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to capture key metrics and insights for various departments.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across all reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads and management to identify reporting needs and customize reports accordingly.
- Analyze data trends and make recommendations for efficiency improvements and strategic planning.
- Manage and update databases to ensure up-to-date information is available for reporting purposes.
- Train and support team members on MIS processes and reporting tools.
- Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Stay abreast of the latest MIS technologies and best practices to continually improve reporting processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS reporting or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.), and familiarity with database management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present reports and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
