**MEP piping BIM Modeler/Detailer**

We are seeking a full-time Piping MEP BIM Modeler/Detailer to join our team in Chandannagar, West Bengal.

In this role, you will be drafting systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects. This position does not require travel.

**Working Requirements: ( US standard**)
- Revit with fabrication CAD piping drawing
- Mech piping / Hydronic piping / Refrigarent piping
- Annotation dimension sheet creation
- Install drawing creation.
- Navis work clash coordination.

**Advantage if One Can Do**:

- Boiler / Mech room connection detailing
- Piping spooling
- Sheet metal ducting - Plumbing - Fire protection

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD, Revit, Dynamo,
- Diploma/B-Tech / B-Arch in Mechanical or Civil

**Preferences**:

- Construction knowledge (a plus)
