Purpose of the Job

To teach Mathematics for the higher secondary grade & lower grade students

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and implement coherent, well-sequenced teaching and learning programs that engage students and promote learning. 2. Use a range of teaching strategies to deliver quality teaching programs that are responsive to the learning strengths and needs of students. 3. Demonstrated experience achieving advanced outcomes in Mathematics. 4. Use effective verbal and non-verbal communication strategies to support student understanding, engagement and achievement. 5. Create inclusive, supportive learning environments. 6. Maintain workable routines in the classroom. 7. Manage challenging behaviour.

Required Competencies

Educational Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduate

Skill Competencies : 1. Organized and punctual with good time management skills.
2. Professional and personal integrity.
3. Being flexible and open to change.
4. Being proactive and innovative.
5. Effective interpersonal communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Experience : 7 ~ 10years
