**Qualifications**:
Graduate in any discipline.

**Experience**:
5-10 years of experience in admin roles within infrastructure, road, or highway construction companies

Prior exposure to multi-site coordination from HO level is an added advantage

Should be proficient in computer operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Collect and review reports from site admin teams related to attendance, manpower, canteen, security, and logistics.

Track site readiness for audits, inspections, and senior management visits.

Manage administrative functions at Head Office including vendor management, facility maintenance, and supplies.

Maintain records of staff deployment across projects and monitor availability.

Supervise and monitor security arrangements at sites; escalate theft or safety breaches

Coordinate with security vendors and ensure valid contracts and licenses.

Oversee mess and canteen operations at all sites through remote monitoring and vendor coordination.

Ensure hygiene, food quality, cost control, and grievance redressal for canteen services.

Track consumption reports and budgets across sites.

Organize official events, training sessions, site reviews, and HO-level meetings.

Coordinate arrangements for visits by clients, directors, or government authorities to project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
