Position: RCM AR Caller

Department: Revenue Cycle Management

Location: Chennai, Guindy

Experience: RCM AR with 1-3 years

Shift: Night

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated **AR Caller - RCM** professional to join our dynamic medical billing team. The AR Caller will be responsible for following up on insurance claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely collection of payments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies (US) to follow up on pending claims.
- Analyze and understand denials, rejections, and payment postings.
- Initiate appeals and resolve billing issues with insurance companies.
- Update and maintain accurate notes in the billing system for each call.
- Work collaboratively with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth revenue cycle operations.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as an AR Caller in the US healthcare process (RCM domain).
- Strong knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10, modifiers, and insurance guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift or US time zone.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with billing software (Athena, Kareo, etc. is a plus).
