Job Title : QA Automation with Playwright

Location : Remote

**Experience Required**: 6+ years

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks using **Playwright** (JavaScript/TypeScript or C#).
- Champion **Shift-Left testing** by integrating automated tests early in the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and implement test strategies for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Mentor junior automation engineers and promote best practices in test automation and code quality.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement in test coverage and reliability.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience with **Playwright** for web automation (TypeScript/JavaScript or C#).
- Strong understanding of **Shift-Left testing**, TDD/BDD, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, browser automation, and cross-browser testing.
- Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
- ISTQB or equivalent certification is a bonus.
