- Provide technical and infrastructure support services for Solaris OS-based servers and systems.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain utilities and procedures for periodic maintenance, backups, shutdowns, recoveries, and diagnostics.
- Work closely with different Line of Business (LOB) to resolve issues and perform proactive duties such as patch management and software upgrades.
- Review monitoring logs for problem identification, report issues according to documented processes, and suggest resolutions.
- Establish, test, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on Solaris/Linux Servers.
