Olympic Zippers is seeking dynamic salespersons to promote their range of zippers, sliders, strings, bags, accessories, and related materials.

Job Title: Salesperson

Location: Meerut (and to cover surrounding areas within a 100-km radius like Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida )

Job Requirements:

- Education: Graduate in any field or postgraduate from an English-medium school.
- Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in the têxtiles industry (e.g., garments, suitcases, or related manufacturing). Experience in a zipper company is not mandatory but knowledge of têxtiles or bags is essential.
- Skills:

- Strong market knowledge and ability to approach customers effectively.
- Fluency in the local language of the area and proficiency in English.
- Excellent computer skills, including the ability to create MIS reports for management.
- Soft-spoken, customer-focused communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong discipline and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within a 100-km radius of the operational area
- Personal Attributes:

- Dynamic, able to work in challenging environments.
- Proven ability to achieve incremental sales year-on-year.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Olympic Zippers’ products (zippers, sliders, strings, bags, accessories, etc.).
- Travel to nearby areas to capture new customers and maintain existing relationships.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management using MIS tools.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Compensation and Benefits:
