Position Summary: As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling prospective students for an educational institution. You will be responsible for guiding students through the admissions process, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey. Your goal will be to meet enrollment targets and ensure a smooth transition for students into the institution.

**Responsibilities**:
Student Recruitment: Actively engage in student recruitment efforts by attending college fairs, high school visits, and other events to promote the institution and attract potential applicants.

Counseling: Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students, including information on academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid options, and campus life. Address any concerns or questions raised by students and their parents.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with high school counselors, teachers, and community organizations to promote the institution and foster partnerships for student recruitment.

Enrollment Targets: Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets by developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain qualified students

**Salary**: ₹10,878.45 - ₹35,705.17 per month
