**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our real estate firm’s maintenance team. The Plumber will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties, ensuring all systems operate effectively and in compliance with building codes and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and plumbing emergencies.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using hand and power tools.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and implement appropriate repair solutions.
- Collaborate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and other construction professionals when needed.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
- Provide suggestions for system improvements or upgrades where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a plumber in commercial real estate or construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and safety standards.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- ITI certification in Plumbing or equivalent vocational training preferred.
- Valid license or certification (if required by local regulations).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with real estate or property management companies.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of other trades (e.g., carpentry, electrical) is a plus.
