Minimum 2 years experience as a Process Trainer ideally in Air Fare Ticketing or Accounts Payable or if not then Tech Voice Processes in a ITes / BPO Industry.

Open to shifts and staggered offs as per client requirement (additional allowance and part transport available for the UK & US shifts)

Experience in client facing role

Drive process improvements, control & compliance

Good understanding of business processes and ability to relay to others.

Certificate or knowledge of Six sigma and lean methodology is preferred

**Skills / Attributes Required**

Good team player with interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Stong communication, reporting & facilitation skills

Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Excel, power point and awareness of BI tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
