**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Providing the L1 support to all the users, raising complaints on the IT helpdesk.
- Act as link between the End user and the Development team.
- Troubleshoot & resolve the fronent level issues.
- Maintain the log of all the complaints.
- Raising the code level bugs to the development team.
- Understanding the user requirement and taking it further for discussion.
- Testing of all the bugs, resolved by the developers.
- Testing of all the new development work.
- Testing the newly released versions in UAT, before making them LIVE.
