**Job Title**: 3D Artist / Visualizer (Real Estate)

**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana

**Experience**: 2-5 years (Preferably in Real Estate Visualization)

**Employment Type**: Full-Time, 6 days working

**Salary**: Upto 25 k

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented **3D Artist/Visualizer** with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the **real estate sector**, to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual content to bring architectural concepts to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, interior/exterior renders, and animations.
- Work on architectural visualizations for real estate projects including floor plans and walkthroughs.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and the marketing team.
- Ensure timely delivery of visuals while maintaining quality standards.
- Use reference material and design briefs to develop accurate and compelling visual outputs.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **3ds Max**, **Blender**, **Photoshop**, and **CorelDRAW**.
- Familiarity with **V-Ray**, **Corona**, or other rendering engines.
- Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and camera composition.
- Knowledge of post-production techniques using Photoshop.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10+2 or Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience in 3D visualization for **real estate, architecture, or interior design**.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with AR/VR tools or motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
