Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer at Spinoff technopark, you will play a pivotal role in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and then translate them into innovative design concepts. From conceptualization to execution, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior design solutions that exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Gather information about their lifestyle, tastes, and functional needs to develop tailored design proposals.

2. **Conceptualization and Space Planning**: Develop design concepts and space plans that optimize the use of available space while reflecting the client's vision and requirements. Consider factors such as traffic flow, lighting, and ergonomics in the design process.

3. **Material and Finish Selection**: Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories to complement the design concept and meet the client's aesthetic and functional goals. Consider factors such as durability, sustainability, and budget constraints when making selections.

4. **Presentation and Visualization**: Create visual presentations, including mood boards, renderings, and 3D models, to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders. Present design proposals and solicit feedback to refine the designs as needed.

5. **Project Management**: Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful execution of design projects. Create project schedules, manage budgets, and oversee the implementation of design plans to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.

6. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other design professionals to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into overall building plans. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment of design intent and project goals.

7. **Code Compliance and Regulations**: Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design. Ensure that design plans comply with relevant codes and regulations, including accessibility requirements and safety standards.

8. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process and beyond

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the Kitchen industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
