**Job Title**: Psychotherapist

**Location**: [Salem, Tamil Nadu]
**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Age Requirement**: 30 years and above
**Salary**: [15000]

**About Us**:
We are a dedicated mental wellness center committed to transforming lives through conscious, compassionate, and evidence-based therapy. Our team of professionals supports individuals in overcoming emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges using structured therapeutic approaches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions for clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions.
- Assess client needs through psychological assessments, interviews, and clinical observation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using CBT, mindfulness, acceptance-based therapies, or other evidence-based models.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment plans, and session notes.
- Collaborate with other therapists and mental health professionals for case discussions and peer reviews.
- Support clients in crisis and ensure ethical, confidential, and empathetic care.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Must be 30 years or older
- Licensed or certified as per local/state requirements
- Proficiency in both in-person and virtual therapy preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, empathetic, and communication skills
