**Responsibilities**
- Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long - lasting relationships
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in real estate field.
- Must be in good standing with the local realtor board.
- Experience with sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property
