**About the role**
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Business Experience Team This is a core area of our product that helps our customers expand their business through marketing, lead management, and reporting tools. This role will be for our Pune office[Remote] - working with other designers and collaborating across departments to ensure our experiences are best in class. This requires someone with a sharp eye for design, and ability to work with a team towards a long-term vision.

**You'll spend time working on**:

- Understand the complex problems our customers face and how Mindbody's business experience (app) products work to solve them.
- Be a thought partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish a shared vision, strategy, roadmap, and goals for the Business Experience Team.
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, developers, Keep a high bar - be the champion for product and design excellence.
- Create detailed workflows, information hierarchies, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and other UX deliverables.
- Contribute to and help build the operations of a growing design organization.
- Gather feedback and iterate on your designs as needed.
- Work with engineers in an agile environment to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
- Mentoring junior designer on their projects

**You'll thrive in this role with experience in**
- 2-5 years of experience in product design or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in design with related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in design or a related field or equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong focus on desktop/web screens design for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Experience in B2B or SAAS (Software as a Service) desktop/web screens Design - huge plus for experience across marketplace products, marketing/growth tools, and scheduling.
- Strong customer advocacy with a penchant for data and business-informed design solutions.
- Stellar design craft, an expert in Figma and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
- Able to influence product strategy and create beautiful, scalable framework solutions that delight our customers.
- Ability to prepare effective presentations in content and function and speak competently to the audience level.
- Experience designing across both desktop and desktop/web screens products.

**Must Haves**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in desktop/web screens user-centered design, UX/UI principles, and product strategy.
- Proficiency in desktop/web screens design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience with desktop/web screens user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
