The person will take on the responsibility for all accounting & finance related tasks at the office.

He/she will collaborate and work alongside our existing employees and volunteers in completing the assigned tasks.

**Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Handle end to end Books of Accounts including data entry into QuickBooks / Zoho Books
- Accounts Payable - Manage daily & periodic payments including statutory payments
- Accounts Receivable - Preparing Invoices and Receivables, issue receipts for all donations
- Provide support in preparing monthly statement of accounts
- Provide support for year-end Statutory audit and Income tax Filing
- Coordination with Auditor / external partners for Statutory filings TDS, GST, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, ROC etc.
- ** Exposure in Preparing Donor Reporting & Fund Utilisation Certificate**
- Manage periodic statutory & legal compliances like FCRA.
- Provide support in preparing donor reports & handling donor audits

**Education Qualification / Experience**:

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Graduate in B.Com / B.CS or any equivalent accounting degree
- Hands-on experience in QuickBooks / Zoho Books or equivalent
- Prior experience with **NGO -trust / society accounting** would be an Preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge in MS office packages including Excel
- Resourceful, responsible, and self-starting
- Ability to manage data efficiently.

**Other Information**:

- Reporting to: Finance Manager
- Scope: Full time, flexible work hours
- Remuneration**:CTC - Rs.3.50 to 4.50 lakhs**
- Expected Joining Date: Immediate
- Expected Age limit **:30 to 35 years
