**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Learning**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and language development.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools, to enhance language skills—reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments, assignments, and periodic tests to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of academic performance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a disciplined yet nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Address behavioral issues effectively and implement strategies for student engagement.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Hindi curriculum and teaching materials.
- Organize language-related activities such as debates, recitations, essay writing, and cultural events.
- **Parent-Teacher Collaboration**:

- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress and areas of improvement.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding academic and behavioral concerns.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in workshops, training programs, and continuous learning opportunities to stay updated with best teaching practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies and improve overall academic standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi or related field (Master’s preferred).
- B.Ed. (mandatory) with a focus on language teaching.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong command of Hindi language (verbal and written).
- Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated schools preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,535.42 - ₹40,000.00 per month
