**Job Title: News Sub-Editor**

Location: Bhopal

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize QuarkExpress software to create and design pages for print and digital publications.
- Collaborate with editorial and design teams to ensure the layout meets established standards and guidelines.
- Proofread content and pages to identify and correct errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Work closely with writers and reporters to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in content.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sub-editing and page layout.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a sub-editor in a news or publishing environment.
- **Proficiency in QuarkExpress software for page layout and design.**:

- Strong command of the **English language** with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: 16000 to 20000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
