Hse Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, plan, and deliver HSE training modules including inductions, site safety protocols, and job-specific safety practices.
- Conduct classroom and on-site practical training sessions on topics such as hazard identification, fire safety, working at heights, confined space, LOTO, PPE usage, and emergency response.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update materials as needed to meet current safety standards and best practices.
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, and competency assessment reports.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to supervisors and workers on HSE best practices.
- Support incident investigations by identifying training-related gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in local and international safety regulations and update training content accordingly.
- Coordinate with external agencies or certification bodies when third-party training is required (e.g., scaffolding, rigging, first aid).
- Organize safety awareness campaigns, drills, and safety week events.
- Support audits and inspections by providing training compliance data and documentation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- BE/BTECH Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil/Construction+ 1 year Diploma Industrial Safety /NEBOSH.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
