Project Cost Controller

We're hiring for Gujarat Designation: Project Cost Controller Location: Kandla, Gujarat Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience **Key responsibility**: - Track and control project budgets / estimates in SAP. - Update and evaluate the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost incurred and physical progress achieved for all project phases. - Prepare and track monthly billing for Modular projects w.r.t Progress. - Prepare and maintain the CTC of the projects. - Preparing and measuring the project progress through Earned Value Management (EVM) - Analyse a cost report, detect issues, and effectively communicate the project’s cost performance, issues/ concerns, & recovery plans to the project team - Perform weekly/periodic physical inventory reconciliations. - Should take active part in identifying and tracking the risks of projects. - Reporting Project commercial/ financial health calculation with the project management team and management. **Technical Competencies**: - Hands on experience with software tools - Primavera, SAP, Advanced Excel (mandatory) - Hands on experience of project tracking by Earned value system. - Should be acquainted with project coordination / dealing with clients / vendors and should be well conversant with construction activities like civil / Mechanical / Electrical, insulation, and instrumentation installation, etc. **Salary**: Depends on your interview Interview mode will be Online **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹441,993.39 - ₹1,236,757.33 per year **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 10 years (preferred) - Cost management: 10 years (preferred) - Primavera P6: 10 years (preferred) - SAP: 10 years (preferred) - Budgeting: 10 years (preferred) Work Location: Remote
