**Job Description: Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Confectionery Production)** **Overview**:
This role is responsible for performing both preventative and corrective maintenance on all mechanical equipment within a confectionery production facility. The technician will ensure optimal operational efficiency of equipment such as mixing, depositing, enrobing, wrapping, and packaging lines—while strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preventative Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments on all production machinery to prevent breakdowns and maintain quality output.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**:
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, including replacing worn parts, adjusting machine settings, and performing minor repairs to restore equipment functionality.
- **Breakdown Response**:

- **Technical Knowledge**:

- **Blueprint & Schematic Reading**:

- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- **Continuous Improvement**:

- **Mechanical Aptitude**:

- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.
- **Technical Skills**:
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and possessing basic electrical knowledge.Prior experience in a confectionery production environment is highly desirable.Capable of analyzing issues, determining root causes, and implementing effective long-term solutions.Meticulous approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
