**- Maintenance of the followings: 1)PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND MONITORING OF ROTARY EQUIPMENTS SUCH AS : Centrifugal Pumps, Refiners, Agitator, Helical Gear Boxes,Pulpers,Roots Blowers,Centrifugal Fans used at our Boiler, Felts Guide Rolls, Press Rolls,Wire Guide Rolls etc. Overall maintenance of ELGI make Reciprocating & Rotary Compressors, ATLAS COPCO make GA-30, GA-32 model Rotary Compressors, INGERSOL RAND make VSD Rotary Compressors model R55n (320 cfm capacity). 2. POWER HYDRAULICS : MAINTENANCE OF HYDRAULICS SYSTEMS SUCH AS : a) Hydraulic Powerpack, for loading-unloading of Press Roll, Calenders, Slitter Rewinder.b) Various Hydraulic Components such as DC Valves-(Solenoid and Manual operated), Various Flow Control Valves, Pressure relief valves,Flow Dividers Pressure Reducing valves,Check Valves etc. d)Overhauling of Hydraulic Cylinders, Single Discharge Vane Pumps, DOWTY Pumps, Gear Pumps etc. Name of employer Designation PERIOD JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 2) PNEUMATICS a)Various Pneumatic panels for : Doctor Loading, Pulper Operations,Slitter Rewinder machine,Dryer Felt Tension Cylinder operations ETC. b)DCS(Distribution Control Systems YOKOGAWA CS-3000)Operations of Pulp Mill Processes such as. )Overhauling of Pneumatic Cylinders (mostly VAAS and SCHRADER BELLOWS make)which are used for knife Gate valves and loading operations. 3)PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE: Monitoring health conditions of the Bearings,Mounting Frames(Channels,Beams) etc. for Transmission & Rotary Equipments mountings, through detail Vibration Analysis with the help of SKF make BEARING ANALYSER which helps to prevent Breakdowns in the pla- mechanical maintenance manager**Key Skills**:
