**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage social media accounts**, crafting posts, stories, and ads that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- **Optimize website SEO** to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- **Run paid ad campaigns** (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), track performance, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- **Collaborate with the design team** to produce visually appealing digital assets for campaigns.
- **Engage with online communities**, respond to customer inquiries, and help cultivate brand loyalty.
- **Stay updated on industry trends**, digital marketing best practices, and new tools to continuously improve strategies.
- **Prepare regular reports** on campaign performance, KPIs, and overall marketing effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, social media management, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to generate ideas and execute them effectively.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms or online retail marketing.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
