**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the corporate sector. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads within the corporate sector through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, their needs, and competition in the industry.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively engaging with prospects and conducting effective sales presentations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products or services to key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for up selling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth sales processes and customer success.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the management team on a regular basis.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using sales software and other tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
- Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.\

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
