**Job Title: Videographer and EditorJob Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer and Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various platforms. Your expertise will help bring our company’s visual content to life, ensuring it resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and creative teams to align video production with the company’s goals.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Shoot high-quality videos for marketing, promotional, and internal purposes
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding appropriate effects, transitions, and sound
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce video content
- Stay up to date with industry trends and video production techniques
- Manage and organize video footage and assets for easy access and use
- Ensure timely delivery of video content while meeting high standards of quality
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound systems
- Assist with scriptwriting, storyboarding, and pre-production planning
- Optimize videos for various digital platforms, ensuring proper formatting and quality
- Work with the marketing team to strategize and align video content with company campaigns

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in video production and editing
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment and lighting setups
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities
- Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video work (required)

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
