Founder’s Office Intern works closely with the leadership team, gaining exposure to various aspects of business operations, strategy, and decision-making while contributing directly to the organization’s success.

**1. Strategic Support**
- Assist the founder in executing key projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth.

**2. Project Management**
- Coordinate and track the progress of various projects across departments.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks by liaising with team members and stakeholders.
- Create reports and presentations to summarize project milestones and outcomes.

**3. Operational Assistance**
- Help streamline daily operations by identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the founder in managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes during critical meetings.

**4. Market Research and Analysis**
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Compile data and present insights that align with the company’s goals.

**5. Communication and Coordination**
- Act as a bridge between the founder and various teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Represent the founder in internal or external meetings, when necessary.

**6. Business Development Support**
- Assist in identifying and building partnerships with potential clients or collaborators.
- Contribute to proposals and presentations for business opportunities.

**7. Data Management**
- Organize and maintain critical documents, reports, and databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all sensitive information.

**8. Ad Hoc Tasks**
- Take on miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the founder.
- Adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments with a proactive approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
