**Job Post: Empanelment Advisor (Retired Banker)**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Retired AGM / DGM / GM (Bank Officer)** with strong experience in _bank outsourcing and Vendor empanelment's for Panel Lawyer, Recovery Agencies, Security & Facilitators Vendors_, and _documentation_.
The Advisor will coordinate with nationalized banks’ legal/Estate departments for registration and renewal of our Recovery, Enforcement, Legal, and Security agencies.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and submit proposals for empanelment / renewal with Banks & FIs
- Maintain liaison with Bank Legal, Recovery, Estate departments
- Guide team on compliance and documentation process
- Represent company in meetings / audits if required
- Support Recovery & Legal vertical in new panel creation

**Requirements**:

- Retired from a **Nationalized / PSU Bank** as AGM/DGM/GM level
- Familiar with process of Empanelment, Outsourcing, B2B Agreements with Recovery/Security/Lawyers and agencies and vendors
- Excellent communication & drafting ability

**Type**: Part-Time / Consultancy Basis

**Job Types**: Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
