Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in navigating the online booking portal and provide support for any queries.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Portal Sales: Generate new business leads along with handling existing clientele and drive sales revenue for our portal.
- Sales Pitching and Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to clients.
- Stay updated on travel trends, airline promotions, and special offers to maximize sales.
- Coordinate with airline partners, hotels, and service providers for smooth travel arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and post-booking support.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Should be able to forecast and drive business in order to achieve targets.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Competition Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Pay: ₹13,736.83 - ₹54,271.54 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
