**About the Role**:
We are a new startup looking for a confident and creative YouTuber Host to be the face and voice of our online video content. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in education, mass communication, media studies, or similar fields who want to gain hands-on experience in content creation and audience engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present and host educational and engaging content for our YouTube channel.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to script, plan, and record videos.
- Engage with the audience through comments, live sessions, and community posts.
- Represent the brand’s personality and maintain consistent on-screen presence.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing new video ideas aligned with our goals.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Education, Mass Communication, Media, Performing Arts, or related field.
- Confident on-camera presence with clear communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to adapt scripts naturally.
- Comfortable with both solo presentations and interviews/discussions.
- Eagerness to learn about YouTube content strategy and audience engagement.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with video editing tools or basic knowledge of lighting and sound.
- Understanding of social media trends and YouTube algorithms.
