**Position Purpose**

**Main Job Functions/Responsibilities**
- Review and understand Agent notices.
- Engage in daily bank loan activity processing, asset attribute creation and maintenance and security master maintenance.
- Rollover maturing contracts, set new rates, book principal paydowns (including PIKs), borrowings, and settle trades.
- Understanding & processing of loan trades using settlement documents
- Good understanding of loan syndication cycle & securitization process
- Support month-end reporting processes.
- Prepare and review daily cashflows. Prepare recon from Sentry to bank statements daily and split cash by designation.
- Understand the difference between principal, interest and general cash proceeds.
- Identify and investigate interest, position and cash breaks.
- Maintain daily work-flow while adhering to set deadlines.
- Interact effectively with team members, Loan Operations, MO Treasury, FA, IR and other supporting department(s) to resolve issues pertaining to the Collateral Administration and Rated Note Feeder process.
- Contribute to implementation of procedural enhancements to improve daily tasks and reconciliation processes.
- Manage escalated items and quality control.
- Ensure all issues addressed to the group are addressed timely and resolved.
- Actively engage in and manage special analytical projects for senior management.
- Acts as contact point for Manager on status of production on daily basis.
- Shift may require working until midnight IST.

**About You**:
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and 3-5 years of related loan experience.
- Product Knowledge: Primary & Secondary Syndicated Bank Loans (Par & Distressed), and financing facilities as well as an understanding of the loan settlement and documentation process.
- Wall Street Office, ClearStructure, LoanIQ or similar loan management system preferable.
- Committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail focused with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and to work in a deadline-focused organization.
- Flexible, adaptive, professional style - capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Strong computer skills, in particular with Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skills.
