**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Provide holistic and compassionate care to patients.
- Monitor patients' health status, assist with daily activities, and ensure comfort.
- **Patient Assessment**:

- Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical and mental health conditions.
- Record vital signs and maintain accurate medical histories.
- **Medication Administration**:

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Educate patients about their medications, including potential side effects.
- **Care Planning**:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- **Emergency Response**:

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/Certification in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
- Registered with the relevant nursing council.
- Proven experience in patient care and nursing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and medical protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Nursing: 2 years (required)
- GNM Nursing: 2 years (required)
