**Education **:Any Graduate

**Experience **: 2 - 3 Yrs

**Key Skillsets **:Tally ERP 9, MS-Office Suit, Accounting (Bank reconcilation, Book keeping, Ledgers, Invoice, Sales & Purchase), Typing Speed - 50 WPM, Windows OS,Vendor Management, Financial Reports, Processing Mails, Processing Transactions, Issuing Cheques, Updating Ledgers & Budgets, Prepare Financial Reports, General Ledgers, Invoices, Sales Journal, Audits, Cash Book mainatance, Issue Sales & Purchase Orders, Bank Reconcillation, Sales Invoice, Administartion

**Required Key Skillsets**:

- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Tally ERP 9
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Typing speed minimum 50 WPM
- Proficiency with Windows operating system
- Advanced written and oral communication skills

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to customers
- Maintain and update general ledger and sales journal
- Prepare, fulfil and distribute checks and process vendor payments.
- Scan, file and log accounting document
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies for balance sheet finalisation.
- Invoice processing
- Cash book maintenance
- Issuing Purchase Orders to vendors.
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Banks reconciliation
- Raising sales invoices
- Basic administration duties.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
