**Job Description for Biology Faculty for IIT-JEE & NEET**

**Qualification**: M.Sc./Ph.D. in Biology, Life Sciences, or related fields

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Content Delivery**:

- Teach Biology topics tailored to the NEET syllabus and basic concepts required for IIT-JEE aspirants.
- Simplify complex biological concepts, making them engaging and relatable for students.
- Ensure in-depth coverage of NEET topics, including Zoology and Botany.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive study materials, notes, and practice questions aligned with the NEET syllabus.
- Create high-quality mock tests, assignments, and revision materials for effective preparation.
- **Student Guidance**:

- Provide personalized mentorship to students, addressing their doubts and academic challenges.
- Offer strategies and tips to approach NEET and competitive exams effectively.
- **Assessment and Performance Tracking**:

- Conduct regular tests and analyze student performance to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement targeted strategies for improvement.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, syllabus changes, and advancements in Biology relevant to NEET and IIT-JEE.
- Participate in faculty training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching methodologies.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Participate in academic events, seminars, and team meetings organized by Smart Achievers.
