**Role Overview**:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with high quality. This role involves managing shop floor activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leading a team of operators and technicians.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Management**

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets.

Monitor workflow, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.

Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.

**Quality & Compliance**

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing practices.

Comply with safety regulations and company policies.

**Team Leadership**

Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.

Conduct shift meetings and communicate production plans.

Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.

**Reporting & Documentation**

Maintain production records, shift reports, and downtime logs.

Analyze production data and suggest improvements.

Report issues to management and recommend corrective actions.

**Maintenance Coordination**

Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing and breakdowns.

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

**Experience**: 3-8 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setup.

**Skills**:
Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment

Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and safety standards

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
