Job Description:
As a Game Designer 3 to 5 years experience, you will be responsible for designing and creating engaging gameplay experiences for games or interactive experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including artists, programmers, and producers, you will bring your creative vision to life using tools such as Roblox, Unity, and 3D modeling software. Your expertise in game design principles, creativity, and technical skills will be essential in shaping the overall game experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Conceptualize and design gameplay mechanics, levels, and systems that align with the project's vision and target audience.
Utilize game design tools such as Roblox Studio and Unity to create and implement game designs, ensuring smooth integration and realization of ideas.
Collaborate with artists, programmers, and producers to develop assets, animations, and scripts required for the game.
Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including game mechanics, rules, level designs, and progression systems.
Utilize 3D modeling software to create or modify 3D assets and environments to enhance the visual and interactive aspects of the game.
Iterate on gameplay features, gathering feedback, and conducting playtests to refine and enhance the player experience.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and immersive game experience through visuals, audio, and storytelling.
Communicate design concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the vision.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in gameplay, balance, and overall game design.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Game Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and projects.
In-depth knowledge of game design principles, mechanics, and level design concepts.
Proficiency in using game design tools such as Roblox Studio and Unity.
Strong 3D modeling skills using software like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative and engaging gameplay experiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze player feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of game development pipelines and the ability to work within technical constraints.
Passion for games and interactive experiences, with a strong understanding of different genres and player motivations.
Ability to work under deadlines, adapt to changing project requirements, and prioritize tasks effectively.
