Loader Operator

**Position Overview**:The Loader is responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling of temperature-sensitive products to maintain the integrity of the cold chain. This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols in a temperature-controlled environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, or storage areas with care to prevent damage.
- Ensure proper placement and stacking of goods on pallets or in storage racks.
- Secure goods using straps, shrink wrap, or other methods to prevent shifting during transit.
- Handle frozen and temperature-sensitive products according to specified standards.
- Work quickly and efficiently to minimize exposure of goods to ambient temperatures.
- Assist in manually moving goods within the warehouse as required.
- Coordinate with MHE operators to ensure smooth movement of goods between loading areas and storage zones.
- Verify product quantities and conditions during loading/unloading processes.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness in loading areas and ensure goods are free from contamination.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely loading/unloading of shipments.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
