**Job Summary**
Bajo Foods is looking for a **Business Development Manager - International Sales **to lead our expansion and in relevant International markets.
**Purpose**:
We are looking for a highly motivated professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Regional Sales Head.
**Responsibilities**
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the distribution landscape in the Indian ethnic channel and also relevant modern/mainstream trade in Asia Pacific, and develop geography, and channel specific strategies towards achieving the growth objectives.
- Create a detailed sales strategy and execution plan for expansion into International Markets.
- Build out P&L for the feasibility of the market.
- Identify appropriate distributors for each International region who can take the products.
- Participate in key exhibitions to help find the right distributors.
- Identify and work with consultants who can ensure our products are compliant with local regulations.
- Work closely with the internal production and R&D team to ensure products, production and packaging are compliant with international regulations.
- Create and implement trade promotion plans and initiatives to grow market share & new market penetration
- Responsibility for payments and credit cycles with mínimal returns.
- Work with the Marketing team to create region specific trade and brand marketing plans.
- Closely track consumer and retail feedback to help improve the product and revenues.
**Desired Experience**:
- 5+ years of Sales and Business Development experience in an FMCG Food industry.
- 3+ years of International Sales experience specifically in Packaged Food industry.
- Exposure in Middle East, South East Asia and US markets is a plus.
- Experience in building out new markets is a plus.
- Strong connects with key International distribution channels

We are now ready to move to the next level of our mission with a range of products for Diabetics and High Protein segments. These address a very large Health Segment that is underserved today and is set to explode in the coming years. This has been possible on the back of several months of R&D and extensive testing of our products for their efficacy.
**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
