**Job Title: Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) Nursing Staff**

**About Us**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) to deliver exceptional nursing care to patients across various departments. The ANM Nursing Staff will assist in the delivery of care in accordance with the hospital’s guidelines and best practices, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients while maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide patient care as directed by the healthcare team, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobilizing patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for various medical procedures and treatments.
- Conduct basic assessments and assist in the delivery of antenatal, postnatal, and maternal care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and nursing notes.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas, ensuring infection control protocols are strictly followed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

**Requirements**:

- Completed ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) course from a recognized nursing school or institution.
- Valid ANM nursing license issued by the state nursing council.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures, patient care techniques, and medical terminology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
