About the Role

JLT Works is urgently hiring Outbound Calling Associates for our Amazon Seller Onboarding Process. This is a great opportunity for freshers and motivated individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer engagement and telecalling.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential sellers for Amazon onboarding.
- Explain the benefits of joining Amazon’s seller platform.
- Collect, verify, and update seller details in compliance with onboarding guidelines.
- Maintain accurate logs of all communications and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with senior team members to ensure smooth onboarding of sellers.
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Graduates preferred)
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling is a plus
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Skills:

- Strong verbal communication
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM
