
Receptionist /front Desk (Only Female Candidate)

Greet Customers/Clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- EPBAX Handling [Attending phone calls in a professional manner--- incoming and outgoing Calls]
- Supervised administration-related activities including housekeeping, security, and office equipment.
- Handle purchasing of stationery, papers, computer, and scanner and prepare purchase order and configuration regarding computer.
- Look after and handle all office equipment like fax, scanner, printer, EPABX, etc...
- Ordering Groceries and stationery accordingly and maintaining the stock of all such items.
- Get the bill cleared from the accounts.
- Visitors handling
- Provide information to the outsiders
- Courier Entry/ Receiving of bills
- Maintain a register for all incoming and outgoing couriers. Delivery of Incoming couriers to the right person.
- Normal Administrative paper works
- General administrative facilities of the reception. ( eg: First Aid box, news Papers, magazines).
- Provide excellent customer Service.
**Interview Venue**: -Window World, Plot No. 13, MK Technology Park, Landran
Banur Road, NH-205, Greater Mohali.
**Interview Timing**: -10 a.m. to 5 p.m.(Monday to Saturday)
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
