**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- **Communication**: Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages when necessary.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Customer Service**: Address inquiries and provide information about the company’s services and policies.
- **Security**: Monitor visitor access and maintain a visitor log for security purposes.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
