**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **interactive online German classes** for students of various proficiency levels (A1 to B2).
- Design and deliver **engaging lesson plans**, activities, and exercises tailored to students’ needs.
- Prepare students for **international German language exams** such as Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, or TELC.
- Provide **individualized feedback** to improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Incorporate **digital tools** (Zoom, Google Meet, interactive whiteboards, etc.) to enhance learning.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
- Encourage cultural awareness by introducing **German culture, traditions, and real-life communication scenarios**.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in German** (minimum C1 level, native or near-native fluency preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in **German Language, Linguistics, Education**, or a related field (preferred).
- **Teaching experience** in German language (online or classroom).
- Knowledge of **CEFR levels** and structured teaching methodology.
- Strong communication skills in **English** (to explain concepts to beginners).
- Ability to engage students in an **interactive, motivating, and positive learning environment**.
- Reliable internet connection and a good quality **audio/video setup**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in preparing students for **Goethe / TestDaF / TELC exams**.
- Familiarity with **digital teaching tools** and language learning platforms.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
